Welcome to our exciting beginner course, tailored specifically for anyone who is eager to embark on a successful career in bricklaying. The bricklaying industry offers a wide range of opportunities, including roles such as house builder, specialising in walls and chimney repair/restoration, and the potential for progression into senior positions like site supervisor or construction manager. Throughout the course, we will provide comprehensive theoretical and practical sessions to ensure a well-rounded understanding of bricklaying. Additionally, you'll have the chance to participate in various enrichment activities, including industry and community-based projects, as well as exciting trips and visits. Bricklayers are responsible for constructing, extending, and repairing domestic and commercial buildings, as well as other structures such as foundations, walls, chimneys, and decorative masonry work. By becoming a skilled bricklayer, you'll experience a genuine sense of accomplishment through the tangible results of your work. Located at the old Brewery in the centre of Mansfield, our dedicated construction campus boasts top-of-the-range facilities.
